In such a case, the company will proceed with the deletion of the user’s data unless legal reasons dictate otherwise and except for data that proves the existence of a contractual relationship between the company and the user.

The company is committed to providing users access to their personal data and to informing them at any time, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council, and the rights it grants them concerning the retention and processing of their personal data.

5. RETENTION OF DATA

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set forth in this privacy policy. Personal data related to visitors to the website and/or users of our electronic services are collected and retained for the absolutely necessary period and are then deleted. Specifically, data from visits are automatically deleted after six months.

6. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES

The company is committed not to disclose personal data to third parties except for the purposes for which it operates. Access to resume data by third parties is not permitted.
