KAMT, based in Thessaloniki, wants to integrate individuals into its team for staffing its German-speaking Call Center.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of incoming calls
  • Customer service
  • Communication with other departments

Required qualifications:

  • Essential requirement: Excellent knowledge of the German language (written and spoken)
  • Developed communication skills
  • Courtesy
  • Team spirit
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
